"From the very start we had a fantastic stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff that speak English. The rooms are a little bit small but are extra comfortable. Good hot showers, fridge, kettle, wifi and extremely comfortable beds with excellent linen. The room is all electronically controlled, but is easy to master. "Clean and spacious room, good breakfast spread, friendly staff at the hotel. The only issue was misleading sales tactic on hotels.com part which has nothing to do with the hotel. I was given to understand that there will be breakfast for 2, but somehow hotels.com only provided breakfast for 1. Tried to resolve this with hotels.com, only to be met with extremely rude service agents. "

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"
