"The hotel and the staff was nice. Only the self parking garage was the downside. We didn't know there was a fee for parking when we checked in. If its self parking in the hotel, it should at least be complimentary for the guests that are staying there."

"This was my fifth stay at this property and it has consistently been a pleasant stay. The warm cookies on check-in make for a nice touch. If you're visiting for Disneyland, it's not too far in an uber or bus and is 1/4 of the cost of staying on-property at Disneyland. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of room. The only small issue would be to do with shower heads in the bathrooms. I booked two rooms and both had shower heads that could use replacing. Other than that, perfect! "

"I liked the shuttle to Disneyland. I liked how close it was to other restaurants and stores. I was close to the outdoor pool and there was wild people there until 10pm, I didn't love that. "

"The place was beautiful. My only gripe is the walk to back building. This was the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel that was more of an open concept. I think I would like to stay in the main building where you are closer to the amenities and the doors on the inside. Especially if you are staying alone."
