"I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. "Fantastic service. Value for money. Saskia, Leony, Budi, and Joko (manager) and all others were very friendly. I used the GYM, and being vegetarian- I got good breakfast and Indian masala tea and even lunch was perfectly cooked. I recommend this hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel, kept clean really well! Our room came with kids tent and a toddler bed, our 5 year old loved it! Aesthetic and instagrammable lobbies! Only downside was the walls were just slightly thin u could hear from the outside, breakfast variety could be more. "Every time we fly out from Jakarta, we stay at FM7. It is highly convenient since the airport is litteraly 10 minutes away. The prices for the rooms are more than fair, we usually stay in the Junior Suite, more than spacious, luxurious and of course a huge bathroom with a hot tub. Dining is delicious, my wife and I love Rimba Durian, but if you're in the mood to eat out, Lembur Kuring is just across the street, they sell delicious Sundanese food. "

"Very nice , breakfast . The price to get your clothes laundered was outrageous. The best breakfast buffet for $5 usd and to get a couple pairs of underwear/ undershirts and socks was going to cost $20 usd !!!! Wow I could get my undies dry cleaned for less than that in the states!! But overall good location and food was wonderful. Room was nice but not fantastic. "

"The rooms were dirty and old, I know because I had to change my room 3 times. I even paid for an upgrade to a suite because I thought it might be nicer, but it wasn't. The air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms. They tried to fix both but it still didn't work. The staff was nice but the hotel rooms are old, smelly and gross. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!"
