"Top notch in all areas of a stay in Amsterdam. Had a corner room with glass on both walls. Just a great feel and elegance to stay. Would have given 6 stars if an option. Can walk to Musueum district. Loads of bike paths. Breakfast buffet quality is a whole new level. Like being between airport and city center. "

"I have mixed opinions about this hotel. On one end, the staff members are very helpful and friendly. The design is modern and the room is clean. The beds and beddings are comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel is not close to the tourist attractions of the city, but it’s right by a metro station that can take you in town, and the trains schedule is frequent. On the other end, the building itself is interesting in the sense that you can hear the sounds from the pipes and your neighbors...

"Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"

"Our family room, 2 adults 2 kids, was exactly as shown on the website. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bath tub was massive and the coffee machine and switch controlled curtains were pleasant features. We didnt have breakfast as it was just over €20 per adult. Hotel is right next to the RAI train and metro station which made getting in and out of the city centre very quick and easy. We also got the sprinter shuttle to and from the airport, took about 20mins. Overall very happy with...

"Lovely property with a good view. minutes away from the main train station, tram and buses. Bike riding is a real thing here and it is lovely to people watch just going about their day on the bicycles. Also the largest bike park is next to the hotel. A lovely shopping center is a couple minutes walk from the hotel. "
