In the late afternoon/early evening they have what they call an "Apertivo" 3 hours when you can help yourself to drinks and nibbles on the house which is a nice touch. "The room was good, but please can you please provide bigger garbage can in the rooms. it barely fits a tissue. Separately my fridge was not working at all. Also the TV has very limited channels, a lot of the channels are completely distorted, you can hear but not see anything. The cleaning crew came by on Saturday to clean my room, np but they shut the heat in my room, the weather was very cold . Not acceptable"
