"Hotel was lovely, the privilege room was very nice, would definitely stay again. However access from the car park was a pain. I also paid for parking and they sold the space to someone else so I had to pay in a public car park elsewhere. They also didn't check me in when I arrived. I came back that night and they had no record of me even though my stuff was in the room and I had a key. They were friendly and helpful sorting it, but having issues in the first place was a pain."

The bathroom was clean with a lovely bath and powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious, the largest buffet selection possible, it was all perfectly fresh and regularly being topped up.
