"Both my husband and I are their ambassador members. We are dissapointed with how they treated their value customers. We had to call the front desk to get the same treatment for the two rooms we reserved (e.g. fresh fruit). The bar's staff were very dissapointing. We were told that their club room was not ready to be used and we had to use the lobby's bar after the front desk manager taking us there. "Great stay at this hotel - it really exceeded expectations! The staff is nice and the rooms excellent. Spacious, free water and snacks bedside, slippers and robes, plenty of hot water and an expansive breakfast buffet. The location is ideal - 5 minutes from the giant gold buddha hands, main square, elephants and fountain, and walking street lit by lanterns all of which are fun to explore and offer dining and shopping options. Definitely recommend."
