"Design Hotel with amazing features and a lot of stairs. Check in is done at sister hotel Blue as well as a champagne breakfast buffet. Wonderful atmosphere access to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walk from the train station for us. Can't wait to return. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed. Thanks for a lovely weekend away. Only negatives were some of the room designs. There is limited space in the bathroom sink for things. The bathtub is in the room so the splash zone...

"Booked the hotel for a business trip. Had the worst night ever as since 4 in de morning the fire alarm kept going off every 20-60 minutes this lasted untill at least 8:00 this. After I check at the reception and the staff could not tell me when this would be fixed i decided to check out after one night instead of the planned 3. I understand unforeseen things like these can happen, but the fact that nobody of the hotel contacted me after my stay regarding any kind of compensation despite this...

"We had the most magical time here! The property and the surrounding park is incredibly beautiful. The restaurant was delicious, we loved every meal we ate there. The staff were wonderfully kind too. "I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. You find out how good an organisation is when you need them to help you out and Expedia...

"Excellent, visited this hotel as in February 9th 1945 my grandfather was outside here with the the 61st Highland Anti Tank Regiment. Great history in the area and the hotel. We did have a little difficulty during dinner with language barrier mixing our main courses and part of our order was not given however we received excellent help for an English speaking waiter and the situtwas rectified."

"Great was welcomed and upgraded on arrival, to a room with air con, staff were very friendly and helpful, the only negative is I felt that the breakfast was overpriced, however it was presented very well and each day was a different treat. But at nearly 30 euros including tax this was a bit excessive for breakfast."
