"This was a last minute booking after the awful fire that caused Heathrow airport to close down. Our original venue was Vienna so we made some last-minute plans to spend the weekend with friends in London and booked this hotel.. the hotel has a wonderful location close by to many tube stations. The hotel rooms were very large, very well equipped, very clean. Quality of the decor and finishes was very high end. You honestly could not ask for more. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. "

The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed! "
