"Bit of a mixed bag - the room was smaller than expected and booked, dark, and with a major TV-screen angled so that part of the window front was barely accessible. Mattress and pillows not quite comfortable and the street in the front is LOUD. Service however was above and beyond all expectations - huge thank you. "The staff were friendly and keen to look after you. We had a room upgrade for an extra fee because it was a very quiet time. The town was extremely quiet when we stayed so not many dining options available. It would have been good to have some help with this from reception prior to arrival. Hotel has a lovely position on the Rhein and the village was so pretty and quant. "
