"We stayed here for Christmas 2024 (4-nights, 5-days); Super clean, VERY COMFORTABLE BIG BEDS!! Our room was very quiet, huge rooms. Modern, great dining within less than a block, lots of delivery options too. Brenz Pizza was AMAZING if you like pizza then this is a MUST (no joke!) Hotel staff were probably the most welcoming, accommodating & easy to work with - gourmet grocery store (Market Fresh) literally across the walkway maybe 500 ft. If you like Whole Foods on steroids and better prices…...

"The staff was always very friendly, helpful and considerate. Hard to come by in most places today. The rooms were perfect for an extended stay and could accommodate up to 6 people. Guests can also to their own laundry for free & coffe, tea or hot chocolate are also available for free all day. The only thing that I would suggest is a better variety of breakfast options. There wasn’t much of a choice and the hours were also limited. The hours should be from 6.00-10.00am 7 days a week."

"The hotel is very convenient if attending a function at Duke university. The staff was fabulous to deal with and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only issue is that the lounge has modified times and isn’t open every evening. They also only served breakfast so you’ll have to go elsewhere (or Uber in) for lunch/supper. "

"We were in Durham for a quick weekend visit of our Duke student. The hotel is just 2.5 miles from her downtown Durham apartment. The rooms are spacious. They have mini refrigerators and a microwave. The beds are very firm with good pillows and towels. We were there for one of the winter storms (2-3” of snow) and it was very nice that our car could be left in the covered parking lot (which has great night time lighting). "Checked in fast and easily. Room was clean but the floor in the elevator & the elevator was nasty. Needs to be wiped down. Trash was over flowing out of the cans. The elevator seems old & outdated. I rode it once to get my things to the room as I was on the 3rd floor. That was the only time I used it. Room was clean, it was fine.
