"Everything ok with exception of transport and dining.Menu list was the same for the 3 nights we were there.The bus we took the car jaune went to the beach far away from hotel.Did not know that bus does not take passengers to once it got number of sitting passengers.So we were left there in the dark.Very bad experience"

"Very nice property, the staff are very nice and friendly. The only issue was they don't assign the room according to the booking. I booked standard Seaview 1 BR apartment, they assigned handicap unit. The apartment layouts are not the same, so beware what you are booking and will be assigned. "

"Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas."

"Hôtel bien positionné à Boucan. Personnel sympathique, agréable, accueillant et adorable. Chambre, salle de bain spacieuse. Petit balcon avec table et chaise.Petite piscine sur le toit, à débordement, avec belle vue directe sur l’océan. Hôtel à taille humaine (20 chambres environ). Très bien, très bon séjour."

"It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday."
