"The staff of the resort sets this place apart from the competition. They were extremely helpful and easily accessible. The beach was clean and expansive, very easy to find 'the perfect spot'. The activity staff was great, so fun and welcoming. Yummy who conducted the Aerobic Fit classes was our very favorite!"

"We enjoyed our 16 day here. After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical. Pros were the amazi g beach, and the staff. We started off in block 6 with no hot water for 3 days, we went to the desk and complained a few times and they finally moved us to block 3 with an ocean view, The buffets were ok a large variety of food. The online booking for restaurants was a little frustrating We took the 9pm mostly and got in. I think they should have restaurants pre booked when u check in like other...

"It was really well run and managed. Clean very nice rooms. Well maintained. Food was excellent. The only negative is maid did not restock fridge water or coffee etc. They did not have it in their cart. I would go back. I loved every time we came back from excursion the lobby bell boy would say" welcome home". It always made us feel welcome. If you are all inclusive do not write any tip on the bill. "What a wonderful host Eva was. Knowledgeable, patient, inviting and welcoming. She always said, "hola" in passing, using my name, and graciously allowed for space but also conversation at our pace. We loved the Mexican charm of our little studio by the pool and the view from the above suite was amazing. The regular guests became friends and we enjoyed meeting new guests over the course of our stay. I would recommend renting a room or suite away from the road, if you can and if you like a view...

"My sister & I visited in January 2025. We chose this resort because it was a modest size, away from the hustle & bustle of the big city. Also, we had read reviews that it was popular with Mexicans, which we figured that was a good endorsement, and would make it more interesting (it did). Other things we liked during our stay: great food, with many choices, including both Mexican and N American style. All well cooked. The beach was beautiful, with powdery sand, and kms long; great for walking....

"Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting ! The staff were incredible, the communication was top tier. Transportation throughout the whole property was easy and certainly convenient. They also provided me a pregnancy pillow which made sleeping and lounging around in the bed and day bed so comfortable for me. I thought that gesture was very helpful. The importance to catering to our needs was the top of their list! We will certainly be coming back! "
