Everything was in great working order: * A/C - cooled the air very nicely and quickly * shower - very good water pressure, the hot water stays hot very long, and easy to adjust * safe - works with key and code * stovetop - all burners working The apartment has parking, and is very close to everything. The bed was pretty comfortable. Juguens, the owner, should give classes on how to operate customer oriented business. Lots of other businesses in Sosua can benefit from it. ...

"El lugar no es nada como se ve en las fotos. Ni siquiera presenta que hay que pasar un puente para ir a los restaurantes. La playa es horrible, el área al rededor del hotel es fatal. Y para completar, Expedía me cobró el doble de lo que costaba la habitación. El precio del hotel era $ 85 y Expedía me cobró $ 201. Traté de comunicarme con expedía para que me dieran una explicación sobre eso, y según ellos, no podían hacer nada."

"I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 "

"Casa is the very best place to stay in Sousa 5star ! The hosts Saskia and Marc are so hospitable, warm and friendly! Your stay will be so relaxing and and very comfortable in the cleanest place there is! No need to worry about the water as everything is certified as safe water at Casa 21! They have the friendliest staff that always have a smile and are very attentive! It has been the best vacation we have ever had!! "
