"The hotel is set back from the busy highway so heard no traffic noise at all. Just over a 5 minute walk to the Highett station which has great train service to the city in just over 30 minutes. Woolworths and good local shops opposite the station. 15 minute walk to the Southland mall which has all the shops you could wish for. Room was a good size, stayed 5 nights and slept well throughout. "

"Service is good. Location is convenient with restaurants and a mall nearby. Also close to the beach front. Front counter staff is good and attentive. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and communicate clearly. "

"The whole city sucks, but this hotel is fine. This is the only sparking spot of my trip to this city. For those Asian from HK or mainland of China, be prepared to spend one hour or so at the airport after customs check. This is because they will lead you to the dog to check if you have anything even if you claim nothing, regardless of your visa type. "
