"We found the hotel was excellent, the rooms and facilities were clean, the rooms were large, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers, 3 hot tubs at perfect temperature, great water slide for the kids, the staff were all excellent. I would stay there again."

"Staff is amazing for the couple of nights I stayed. They were helpful, Friendly, and cheerful. The only thing that I’d say is a downside to my stay was the lighting in the actual room wasn’t the greatest. Though I prefer a more white light fixtures then yellow/warm tones fixtures then had in the room. Though the bathroom was the opposite, which I loved. Other than an opposite from my preferences, amazing stay and would book again!"

"Had exceptional front desk service and service in the lounge. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Room service was professional and energetic. Clean and comfy room. The spa was disappointing. We had massages booked for over 2 weeks and were not told the direct billing set up for our responsibility.
