"We booked as 2 families with small children.. We booked 9 months in advance. We were given rooms on different floors. They were not interested in helping to overcome. A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with. "Unfortunately we only had time to stay here one night. It is in a quiet location with fantastic views and a wonderful swimming pool. The room was large and had a big bathroom as well. The owners are really friendly and the breakfast was amazing. There is a village close by with a busy bar that does evening meals if you want to eat out and there are beautiful beaches near too. I only wish we had stayed longer to explore the area and relax in the hotel. "
