"Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder...

"Reserved this hotel because of the hot tubs on the roof and checking in they informed they are never available till November sometime. No where does it say that in advertising, only pictures of the hot tubs on the main page. Disappointing. Having said that it was clean and comfortable in a nice town to walk at night."

Though our limited Italian caused a few laughable glitches (or fault not the staff), the service could not have been better. The food was excellent and overly abundant. "We were so pleased of this place that we want already to go back! Immaculate place, the masseria is a pleasure to see. The swimming pool is fantastic as well as all the surroundings (the olive trees and the vineyard). The sound of nature makes you company. The rooms are well-fineshed and cleaning is perfect. Everyone is super gentle and friendly and always at disposal. Teresa and the team are making a great job. Can't recommend enough!"

"I booked the room a few hours before arrival. I drive hours only to find the host needs to be contacted 24hrs before check in. This was not possible given when the room was booked. Essentially I was robbed by this property and expedia. It should not of let me book the room if check in was never posible. "
