"The location is good, at the main walking streets. As bus will stop at north and south, hotel is in the middle. It's a perfect location. It takes around 20 mins bus from railway station or CIMINO terminals. Just walking distance to old town. Room is new and clean, breakfast is serving at a cafe nearby. Bread and croissant is good taste. Coffee is good too. Staff is nice, help a lot and can give some help even at the night time. I will stay again if I travel Taranto again."

The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. TIt's a working residential/commercial area with a large covered market opposite. closed when we arrrived, but I guesss busy and noisy when open. getting in is a hassle for those not used to smart phones, downloading apps swiping, pin codes and so on.
