We had to change bedrooms three times until we found a room with an air con that worked well enough. However, the renovated room was very pleasant and the mattress comfortable. "This property accepted our reservation AND FULL PAYMENT for the stay but was SOLD OUT and they refused to REFUND our money!!!!! And there is no recourse through Expedia! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations."

"Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. "
