"Amazing hospitality "

"Superb family-run boutique hotel with amazing hospitality, pool and views. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, and Paolo, the owner was engaging, accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was among the best and most complete. The daily guided hike was a nice surprise on our trip and Mauricio was an excellent leader. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled another booking to add 3 days. "

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"This place was very quaint! The beds and the room was very cute - we had a balcony that overlooked the town and the mountains. The staff was very friendly, offered to have dinner each night if we wanted for 20EU it was a 4 course dinner. We didnt' have dinner, but it might have been good. The continental breakfast was fabulous! We made our own carrot/apple juice, the staff made us scrambled eggs to order and many different options (even gluten free for my friend). The town of Capitello di Fassa...

"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."
