"I liked the ski in/out as well as the location in town. Rooms are ok, but bathroom was dated and they charge for internet and water - which should be included at this price point. The staff was really nice. The hotel was really busy and packed with people with little to no availability in restaurants. Need to book in advance! "

Check in was a little hectic and we weren’t given any map or explanation of amenities but we figured everything out. Unfortunately, the wrong card was charged at check out. The room was beautiful. Only negative was the queen mattress which was very soft and we kept sinking in the middle. It was a bit difficult to sleep. We would definitely stay again except ask for a king...

"I don’t usually don’t write a review but unfortunately this place is very disappointing. The staff was very friendly though. The scenery was beautiful and relaxing but the place didn’t work out for me. I went there for 2 night stay with my family for my birthday. We check in late at the place and we enter, the door going to the patio was broken and anyone could had gotten inside. I called the emergency maintenance multiple times so that they could fix the door, but no answer. So we ended up...
