"We enjoyed our stay. I did find a used tissue on the bedroom floor by the window…gross. We could have used an extra pillow but we did ask for a fan and they brought it right away. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. "

"Great hotel, not actually affiliated but rather a partner hotel of Disneyland Paris, but you wouldn’t have known the difference. Great amenities, large spacious room and free shuttle to the park. Had family room with king bed and bunk beds for our two kids which is perfect, just have to worry about which one gets the top bunk! 😉 Enjoyed the stay and would recommend! "

"5 Star hotel!! Fantastic location to Disney with free shuttle outside the door. Great restaurant downstairs and many more around the hotel. Mall across the street with every imaginable shop and train station 2 minute walk away. Wonderful helpful staff. Clean rooms, hot showers and comfortable beds."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing. Staff were very helpful. Only down I’d say was the pool didn’t seem too clean. Ideal location only disappointment was we wasn’t told when checking in about meet and greet with characters in the hotel. "

"Excellent stay at Residhome Val D'Europe. We needed a hotel for 2 nights before our stay at Disney and so glad we chose the Residhome. Very good facilities in the kitchen area. Bed very comfortable and all areas very clean. Would definitely stay again."

"Hotel was good. Finding it with GPS was somewhat difficult as one entrance was blocked due to road construction. Parking is underground and there is no property around the hotel. It is in a commercial area."

"The hotel is impressive from the outside and the inside colors are very nice. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty. We then asked for a box of tissue and after looking for one the clerk advised us that there were none in the hotel. The holder for the bathroom glasses was...

"The cottage was great. Well equipped and plenty of space. Very nicely kept, would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this to others."

"Too far from Paris. Was charged for breakfast. Then there was that surprise at the end about paying $100 in taxes I knew nothing about. Nobody spoke English and cheap tickets advertise they speak English. Also the pool was locked and we could not use it."

"Every visit to Disneyland and Disney world thru my life has been magical until this one. We rented a 3 room apartment. We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11. Security yelled at us for 45 minutes and finally they allowed us into drop luggage in a security office. We take shuttle...
