"I highly recommend this hotel Mercure in Quito! Everyone was so friendly ,hotel restaurant and bakery was top notch! We felt very secured in hotel and around area. The only thing that was a minus for us was that our toddler couldn’t use the pool it doesn’t specify the age on site. The manager was very helpful and instead upgraded us to a bigger place!!!"

"Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. The interior courtyard was inviting and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. All staff were so warm and welcoming and Dennis in particular was wonderful when we ate at the restaurant.
