"We spent 2 relaxing nights in the Adelaide room at the Cocknbull boutique hotel. Our hosts Julie and Russell were lovely. Situated right on the Campaspe river, with a pool to cool off on hot summer days. Walking distance to the port of echuca and local eateries. "This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing...
