"Staff is very helpful and well yet to resolve concerns quickly. They offer great advice on what to do in the area and how to get around. The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay. The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests...

"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."

Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive."
