"My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour.
