The swimming pool was too dirty to use (cloudy and with sand) and mostly in the shade. Location good near the beach and the old town. Of course this makes it noisy - light sleepers might need earplugs! "

"The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet"

"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone"

"Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Rethymno. We stayed in the loggia suite (one bed plus a living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms). Very tastefully decorated, great bathroom(s) really good powerful shower and the property felt well maintained and cared for. Very good complimentary breakfast. The only negatives or points for improvement (these seem rather nit picky): 1. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a fancy weighing scale (who would want that with all the great food so close...

"We were upgraded upon arrival. The room was so nice, we immediately took pictures and sent them to our friends and family. The breakfast was delicious, truly one of the best I’ve ever had. "

"A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning. "
