"The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely. "

"Good room with a view. Fully sound proof. No noise of trains. House keeping did not clean the room the second day. They messed up the reservation, I lost fob access the second day. I booked through Expedia for two nights. They called me three times to pay the city tax, even though they had a holding deposit. Being a busy hotel, the management is not in sync with the events. "Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous. "

"Ok hotel spacious rooms. Good size bathhroom with walk in shower. View of immediate buildings or walls from room window not so great. Carpet was not clean and had a smell. Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. Good breakfast buffet selection in spacious dining area. Overall good "

"The property is clean and very close to rail station that will take you in 15 minutes to centre of Brussels. Very good options for breakfast. Downsize is the fact that the heating didn't work in one of the bedrooms for one night and didn't work in both rooms for second night. We had to ask for a heater. The salad mixed with some sauces was soure and not fresh at all. Also the milk in the caffe machine was soure too. I has to ask the employee to change it because l couldn't drink the caffe. "
