Water draining is bad and the floor stay wet ofter you take a shower. All bathroom related amenities are outside the bathroom since there is no place to put them inside the bathroom even when its so big. Whater pressure is low and there isn't enough hot water even when its set to the max. Pool area is small and surrounded by 2 buildings...

"I love The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. It was my 10th time staying at this property. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they are always in a great mood. The hotel has an amazing gym and the 24 hour room service food is excellent. The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and the newly built beach walkway/sidewalk. Just an excellent experience overall. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful views of the ocean if the room on high enough floor..view from the rooftop bar is really spectacular. The toiletries were kind of sparse..,no dental kits…and the rooms are in need of being refreshed. But, area around hotel is quiet even if hotel itself is noisy at times."
