"everything is nice but needs to tell your housekeeping staff while washing the glasses and cups it needs to wash in a diswashers to prevent Germs not that if we ask glass they just wash it in the toilet that's it? "Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre."
