"Very good offering. Lovely reception and bad area. Rooms are a little dated but the hotel is perfectly good and has everything you need. Comfortable stay on all 3 occasions. Bar staff are super friendly and talkative."

"The hotel is situated in wonderful grounds. The room we had was spacious and clean. Would have preferred a larger shower than an oversized bathtub though! The staff were extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The food was incredible and some of the best we have had at any hotel. Great place to use as a base while in the area. They have set the bar extremely high, just hope they can maintain it!"

"Very well situated hotel in the heart of Malvern. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We opted for one of the cheaper rooms and so did not have a view, but the room itself was absolutely fine and was good value. We have found that more and more hotels are charging for parking, so the free parking here was very welcome."

Can't do enough to make your stay so special. The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Sometimes the bathrooms let the rooms down but not this one! The pianoist at the baby grand at dinner every night - perfect! Such a relaxing enjoyable experience. Will be back."
