"Location of the hotel is good. The decor is ok, but dated. Breakfast offering and service were good. The one thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. Bed side cabinet had glass marks from previous guests that were not cleaned during my 2 day stay, bathroom/shower were not clean properly. As my room was overlooking the street, trams were very noisy but there is not much that can be done about it."

"Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality...

"Beautiful park setting. Room was smallish but comfortable with art-deco styling. Staff were very welcoming at every level. Spa/Sauna and pool was very relaxing to enjoy after a long motorcycle ride there. Bathrobes provided in room. Restaurant was excellent with staff offering great local wine selection. Not far to Old town, which felt very safe for an evening walk. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay. "

"Was better than I expected coming from the States, for the price. Room was very clean and modern. The washer machine was an extra Bonus. Was a little load @ night with some party crowd . "Ein sehr modernes und hochwertiges Apartment. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei unserer Ankunft war abgestandener Urin in der Toilette sowie aus der Toilettenbrille. Dreckige Wäsche in der Waschmaschine, Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche und es lag sehr viel Staub im Appartement. Leider erreichte uns die Mail mit den Zugangscodes viel zu spät, der Code für die Parkgarage bekam ich erst sehr spät am Abend. Den Chip zum Spabereich bekommt man erst, wenn man 200 Zloty überweist....
