"Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality coffee & tea. So disappointing "

"We stayed in the Radisson Blu while bringing our daughter there to study at the University- we do not speak any polish, so I was a little concerned, however for no need. The staff was great, hotel clean quiet, great location, the shopping at the Galaxy was some of the best I’ve known (were from Canada) When we come to visit again it will by far be our first choice in hotel! Thank you! "

"Hi, My overall stay was superb. Staff members were having smiling face. Breakfast could have been better and bed was a bit uncomfortable. Last day after check out they allowed me to put the luggage in the hotel for free. Loved Szczecin because of staying here. Everything was well connected and closer to the hotel."

"A newly renovated modern, apartment type hotel in the center of the city. Located in an older style XIX century building. Close to everything. Check-in and out without a problem, done within a second. Bottle of wine as a welcome gift. However, the street is noisy because of streetcars running in front of the windows. To protect your ears you get earplugs :) I survived without using them. I recommend this hotel!"
