"Excellent, will definately stay there again, my room this time was in a building (converted house) detached from the main building and was warm, clean and modern, a very comfortable stay at a competive price. Breakfast options and quality was excellent and evening resturant dining is also very nice. staff excellent and helpful in all aspects, location just 40 mins north of lincoln and a short 10 min trip to scunthorpe."

The must have been a leak at some point as you could still see the stains on the ceilings. But had an amazing stay and would come back."
