"We were assigned at the last cottage which is very far from the reception. There was no transport avail for us to go to and fro the resto and recep area. That’s why we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast since it is unsafe to go to the restaurant when there is no ample lighting and the way up is not very well lit and not cemented. It could have been better if they asked us our cottage preference especially that we are not from Kenya ans it is our first time in the country. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Spacious room accommodations for our family of 5. Everyone working at the hotel was So kind and helpful. We couldn't get over how good the Indian food was at the restaurant--likely the best we've ever had! Definitely try the feta and coriander samosas. It was very easy for us to walk down to the mall and do some shopping as well. Would stay again!!"

"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. "The property is lovely with very attentive staff. Great location between Lake Nakuru and Lake Elementaita to see all the birds! Flamingos were amazing and the guide from the camp was an expert on the birds and animals. Great food and we had a nice hot lunch packed for us on the all day safari!"
