Maybe it is because you need to pay slightly extra for the premium room but would have been good to know if the room came with a fridge or not. Having a two year old we needed to store milk!"

"The Winchester Hotel and Spa was a great value stay. I stayed one night for a birthday treat to be able to enjoy the spa. The spa facilities are excellent and included in your stay. The gym was surprisingly well kitted out, but the spa was the highlight. A lovely relaxation area, good amount of places to lounge, lovely heated pool, sauna, hottub, steam room and plunge shower. Excellently comfortable and clean and would be great as a spa day too. The rooms are a clean and comfortable. The restaurant for dinner or breakfast didn't really appeal. The hotel was easy enough to find and a short wander from the train station. "
