"We chose to stay here due to the proximity to parts of the Rail Trail. Room was very clean. We chose the verandah room. It was upstairs. Our son chose another room which was downstairs. No direct access to the verandah from our room but there’s a door next to our room that can be used to gain access. Large shower with two shower heads. Swivel TV that can be viewed from the bed or the lounge chairs. Beautiful wooden floorboards. Plenty of bedding with crisp top and bottom sheets and warm...

"The rooms are well designed, well appointed and comfortable, as well as reasonably spacious. The only criticism I have igs of the breakfast. They have a Nescafe machine for coffee, which is a joke. They have barrista coffee but they can't make a cappucino and it's $6! The fruit consists of unripe pineapple and the usual melon. Bread options are limited. Fragas on the other side of the street makes good coffee . Book the room without breakfast."

"Would not have initially chosen this accommodation - only that it was conveniently located to Aged Care facility where we were visiting relative. Room was small but sufficient. Could have provided more cutlery, especially if more than 2 pax were staying. eg.only 1xtablespoon and 1xsoup spoon provided, no tea-towel , no glasses provided. External steps leading to property had spillage and was not cleaned during our 2day stay. Overall property condition was fair and could do with an upgrade and...
