"Room was good, but the bathroom could have been better, signs of mould between wall tiles, cracked floor tiles. Access to the room was up several flights of steep stairs (it was raining), difficult for both of us, 70yrs plus Us"

"Good location. Room 511 had Odd position of bed..difficult to access far side. Electric frying pan had no lead! There was only a bread knife but the reception sorted a chefs knife for me. Reception team Queenie and Martin were very helpful. "

"Would not have initially chosen this accommodation - only that it was conveniently located to Aged Care facility where we were visiting relative. Room was small but sufficient. Could have provided more cutlery, especially if more than 2 pax were staying. eg.only 1xtablespoon and 1xsoup spoon provided, no tea-towel , no glasses provided. External steps leading to property had spillage and was not cleaned during our 2day stay. Overall property condition was fair and could do with an upgrade and...
