It is a large property and perhaps they need more staff but for the price you pay, you shouldn't see things like hair on the bed, towels, water marks on glasses, dust and hair on the furniture, empty shower gel in the bathroom, etc. "

There would be water hoses in the pool and in the jacuzzi left on the it would over fill the jacuzzi and it was ice cold and same with the pool....
