"Lovely food and plenty of options - easy parking and Malia town was lovely- all inclusive drinks were good quality - can pay extra for more expensive options . It’s was very tidy but room cleaning is sparodic . We had a superior swim up room which was very nice but would choose a room further away from the pool bar next time and we had very noisy neighbours ( not the hotels fault- but couldn’t change rooms so lack of sleep ruined it a little for us) Would definitely go back"

"Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "

"Lovely hotel set above street level so little noise especially around the beautiful pool area. Breakfasts were amazing in form of help yourself buffet. We didn’t eat there at night but apparently very good restaurant. We can preferred to go into Agios Nicholas in the evening where there is a bustling night life but also went to Olga’s a couple of times just a very short walk from the hotel. "Situated in a relatively quiet part of Malia, 5 mins from the beach, shops nearby. Beds a bit hard, hot water a bit unpredictable, but rooms regularly cleaned, food excellent and all set in wonderful lush greenery.would go back"
