Scuff marks on the walls, stains on the towels and sheets, bed sheets that don't fit the beds properly (so they come off once in a while), bathroom door was bashed open so lock doesn't work, window does not close properly (but on 3rd floor so not a safety concern). Was offered the junior suite. Good room size but there was no view (just construction when you look out of your window). Room was ok but would prefer option to have brighter lighting. You need to keep pressing on the button of the hair dryer for it to work and the button is quite hard and thus making it difficult...
