"This hotel is worth staying at, we were there for 7 nights and it was very pleasant, the restaurant was great food, but don’t expect a 3 course meal, but plenty of variety from pizza , chips chicken stakes to local or European cuisine, and loads of salads and sweets and cakes. The lady making my omelette was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice and was cleaned regularly. There are many shops and bars nearby. the hotel is big. the internal area is not big enough for such a hotel. food at the level of a three star hotel. there were days when there was a special dish on the menu. but in principle, the hotel is three stars. "We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use....

"Just back from our holidays and we had the most amazing time! We were in a company of 4 generations from 5 to 75 years years old and each of us had brilliant time . The hotel location is just spotless, you can’t find any better- best beach just across the road, some shops nearby, close walking distance to the centre and local attractions. "My second time staying here. I was allocated room 502 on the fifth flloor as requested. Check in was super quick and I was able to get in earlier. I did have a few teething issues with my room. The mini fridge was hot and the lightbulb in the bathroom was blown. The lady on reception (I didn't get her name) was helpful, apologetic and promised to get this sorted the next morning, which she did. I did have other issues. The shower had some leak in the ceiling and was pouring on the bathroom...

"excellent stay again. food in buffet is excellent quality and always hot. same for bbq and levante restaurants. all staff friendly and smiley. main pool is heated warmer than babies and kids pools and is a lovely temperature. only negatives is that you are pinned in like sardines on the loungers around the pools. the main pool is the same depth throughout. it would be great if there was a slopped entry and more shallow area so that our 7 year old was not out of their depth"
