I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. "Post houseboat backwater cruise. Conveniently located in the centre of Alleppey. Stayed 1 night. Excellent polite, service from reception and all front of house staff.Very large clean well appointed room. The health and massage facility on level 3 was excellent...best 2hour facial and massage experience ever."
