Even though it was not inside the terminal, there is a free buggy service every 5 minutes 24/7 that takes you right to the area with trolleys for your luggage at the elevators for departures. "Amazing hotel and location!! It is in the heart of Bukit Bintang (the shopping/nightlife area for tourists) so it was super convenient and very short walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also right beside a gigantic and beautiful mall. The rooms were massive and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Staff were excellent as well. Will return to this hotel if I'm ever back in KL!"

"They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems. It looks like it was a known problem and we lost one night sleep by being awake to...
