"The unit above me was doing a full massive renovation starting at 8am every morning. 8am is ridiculously early, and people starting coming in at 730am to prep for their 8am start and I could hear everything including them stomping back and forth in their construction boots. I went upstairs to complain and the guy said he told HOA about the construction- my unit should NOT HAVE been rented out during this time. "

"Loved this place! Quiet, felt safe. Walk to the beach every sunrise and sunset, towels & beach supplies provided. Extra blankets, sheets. Full kitchen with all the utensils, cooking items, etc you need. There’s a few different grocery options just down the street and great restaurants. The ad listed a washer & dryer which I assumed was in the room but it’s actually across the hall and you have to pay to use it. Only thing was it was awkward when housekeeping unlocked and came into the room early...

"Very clean place with a fully stocked kitchen. It had a Keurig with coffee pods. It had beach chairs, beach bag, beach towels and beach umbrellas. Our specific unit was across from the pool and bbq area which was nice. Not enough shampoo and conditioner for a family so bring your own or buy some. Not a big deal but something to note. Had cleaning supplies like Clorox wipes, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Close to the airport and major grocery stores and amenities. Close to the highway and...

"Great location, condo in excellent conditions, nicely updated, clean and almost perfectly equipped (just needs to add a can opener lol). The 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms were great to have and very confortable, We did not hear any noise from other units (great insulation) and we really enjoy the fantastic ocean view. Pictures shown in website are accurate and property management great."

"We had a one week stay and enjoyed all aspects of the property. The unit was fully equipped with all the essentials and nice and clean. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The pool area is excellent and has excellent BBQ’s for grilling. The beach is across the street and although S. Kihei Rd is busy thoroughfare there is a good buffer zone and the area is quiet."
