Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). "Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"This is a very nice hotel located near some of the historic university buildings in Leuven. It's a 15 minute walk to the town centre so it is conveniently located. It's also across the road from the OH Leuven football stadium so if you're in town for a match, its very handy for that. Breakfast was good and the honour bar was well stocked. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Obe downside is it lacks a restaurant for the evening but there are plenty of very good restaurants in Leuven. "
