"Must be newly renovated. It was super quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfy, room was clean and nothing was broken. We did not have daily housekeeping but we didn’t mind it at all. Metro is a bit of a walk (20mins) but tram was a 5min walk. We preferred the tram. We were concerned from the prior reviews but at checkin, since our room was available, they let us check in at 10am. Everything was super smooth and staff was great. I would stay here again."

"Very friendly staff. Anthony, Restaurant Manager, was excellent. Only issue on NYE was that I had called from the UK to book dinner and it was not communicated to the restaurant. On arrival, we were told that there was no booking but that they would fit us in. I called again hours before the booking and was told by the same woman that the booking was confirmed. When I went to the restaurant, again we were told that there was no booking on NYE but luckily Anthony fit us in. I found this to be very unprofessional and incompetent on part of the woman who I had spoken to on the phone. Luckily Anthony was excellent and gave us a nice table. "
