Beautiful place for breakfast, Chinese breakfast did not suit my wife but great coffee and orange juice, i think they own luckin coffee next door. "Great place to stay in Taiyuan. All the rooms are on the upper floors of a tower block - ours had a great view over the busy city to a lake and distant mountains (when the smog cleared!) The facilities of the hotel are top class and there's an excellent Chinese restaurant - great choice of delicious food at reasonable prices. On the other hand the breakfast wasn't particularly good value."

"'Standard' Chinese hotel. I stayed there for one night because it is close to the airport. I would not stay there again. Room stinks, bathroom stinks even more. No smoking rooms don't exist. No AC or heating. Fortunately staff was very friendly and did speak English. Do not pay more than £30 for night. "
