"Grand Hyatt has a distinctive design to its architecture. Service from Suzanna was excellent. However, when we booked the guestroom, we used the AI Chat to enquire about a rollaway bed and was informed that it’d be inclusive in the room rate. It was not!! When we brought this up, front desk disclaimed it without even checking. Such miscommunications would not have happened if we were talking to a human and not a chatbot. It wasn’t a good experience. I think Hotels.com should take responsibility...

"i have an absolutely wonderful stay in Kunming Intercontinental. The staffs are very helpful, especially Stacy Chen and Enzo, they helped me at 8pm to get my Skype working for my meeting at 9pm. They helped me plan my stay in Kunming and I got to visit all the interesting spots in Kunming. The cleaning lady noticed that i did not have a pad for my mouse and she got one for me, very observant and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and with beautiful garden. The room itself was very spacious...

"Overall very nice hotel with beautiful location, grounds and facilities. Breakfast very good. The outdoor pool is amazing and you will have it mostly to yourself during the day as Chinese people don't like to get a tan, so they usually only go in it early morning and late afternoon onwards. My wife told me she heard several kids calling their parents stupid for being scared of the sun! Dinner caused a great fuss because we paid for dinner expecting a buffet to be offered, but they didn't offer...
