It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

"Fast check in. Polite staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. I have booked 2 rooms, in one of them, which the baby's nanny slept, room #410, the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel is a bit far from the main beach, Praia do Forte, but Uber is cheap and works very well in Cabo Frio."

"Very handy just across the road from the beach. Not the type of beach we are used to as it was only 5 people deep and everyone had a parassol. We just popped in for a swim now and again and rinsed off and sat by the pool."
